Original Title: Change color of foldersUsing Windows 8.1, have set desktop to a light solid grey. All sorts of problems being able to easily see the desktop and no ways seem to exist to change this. First is the text with drop shadows is very blurred and difficult to read, OK have changed thatbut it sometimes changes back. The folders come up with a light grey with no outline when in background. Blend into my desktop almost exactly. The active window has a light brown colour, again not particularly what I would want.The inability to change these aspects just seems very primitive and totally against usability criteria. OK, I come from the old IBM OS2 environment where this type of change and many more were easy and just accepted as the norm of usability.
