With Liberty Prime the Space Marines are fighting a nigh-invulnerable Titan quite literally spewing out nuclear ordanance and rapid fire Lascannons, not to mention higghly adaptive armour which allow it to walk through forcefields 200 years more advanced than it itself.That and commonplace plasma weapons which we know can disintigrate people as well as widespread laser weapons which can do the same. I think the Fallout Power Armoured forces are in this to win.EDIT: Also, can we have numbers?

I may change my tune if I see some hard intergers. Liberty Prime goes down to standard anti-titan tactics, melta-charges to the ankle joints via assault marines. Vertabirds should go down to heavy weapons fire, they're not very fast, nor are they that strong.The infantry is also favoring marines, even full vaporization laser/plasma weapons, using high end marine calcs (dozens of dudes with hellguns taking significant time to down a single marine) the marines should be able to survive a couple hits, and Bolter rounds should pose a threat to power armored troops, let alone heavy weapons. Eorst comes to worst, the Space Marines use their speed to charge into melee range (I'm assuming we're using the city part of the capital wasteland, which would give the marines enough cover to get that close, and be a short enough distance for them get their) and simple beat the BOS and Enclave to death with their fists/melee weapons. The Outer ReachSurrounding their ship were thousands of motionless,silent figures. All were arrayed in ordered ranks, standing atattention. Their cold eyes were fixed on the Space Marineswho stood on the ridge line, debating their next move.

But as a weapon using nuclear ordnance it stands some chance.If my understanding of Warhammer tech is correct.That particular weapon can easily take down a Super Mutant Behemoth, just as easily as it takes out someone with strong Power Armor.
